I have experience with photographing over 300 babies and totally passionate about this art!

The Cheeky Eye Candy 600 SQ FT Studio in Niceville is fully equipped with a changing table, multiple shooting areas, cold refreshments and seating area.

Studio is filled with beautiful props, you have access to a selection of handmade boutique props, furs, organic wraps, hats, dainty headbands and backdrops to choose from. Our handmade newborn props are a creative way to elevate your baby’s photoshoot!  I love vintage props. I do encourage mommy to bring along special items you would like to incorporate. To give it a special touch, I design customized setups according to your taste.

My approach to newborn photography is simple, sweet & peaceful. These sessions focus solely on the Newborn, majority of the session is of the little one sleeping. My focus will be on your sweet baby & all of their tiny little features- pouty lips, toes, fingers, perfection close up! Cozy neutral couch corner welcomes family portraits.

To achieve those dreamy sleepy & curled up poses it’s best to photograph newborns within the first 10 days of life. Ideally, I’d love to meet your newborn at 4-7 days old. During this time is when they are super squishy, super sleepy and so very tiny. Every once in a while, things don’t work out and we have to delay our newborn session. Some situations are out of our control, Premature babies treated by NICU are welcome when fit & ready.

The session will generally take some time allowing for soothing, feeding, cuddling, changing and settling. Client will be required to arrive at studio 30 minutes prior to shoot start time, this step is super important!

Session fee covers the time & talent of photographer, before, during & after your session. Includes session styling/recommendations, editing & perfecting of your images! Favorite images are carefully edited, removing blemishes, acne, redness & dry flaky skin. Giving your precious bundle of joy light, airy, clean and soft/smooth skin.

I highly suggest booking while you are pregnant to ensure you are on the books. It’s always a good idea to plan ahead with these types of sessions! Once baby is earth side, we’ll set a time/date, once booking is secured, client is provided with an ‘Information Kit’ and ‘Tips’ to a successful newborn session to help you prepare. Email me!

These take place Monday-Friday morning. Surcharge may apply outside of my standard shooting days. Please note: the froggy pose is something I don’t do; I prefer wrapping my newborns!
